Photography started for me in high school. I was lucky enough to get connected with the late, great Merle Haggard thanks to my grandmother who worked in reservations with Southwest Airlines. After high school, I didn't think anything about it again until I went to work for Apple. Piquing my interest, I purchased my first dslr. In my defense, it was only supposed to be a hobby but the more I learned...the more hooked I got. Here we are, 5 years later and I've been fortunate enough to be involved in some big projects including working with the Robert Garner Firefighter Foundation, MTV's Catfish, History Channel's Big Rig Bounty Hunters, Playboy, the Houston Rockets Power Dancers, and a local indie film called Legend of Dark Horse County starring Lee Majors and Michael Biehn.
My camera has taken me all over North America which I never would've had the opportunity otherwise. Along the way, I've met some amazing people and made lifelong friendships. It has been quite the adventure.
Recently, I was introduced to local Channel 2 news anchor, Owen Conflenti. What started out as renting his studio, Cloudbreak Creative to shoot with my clients has turned into me becoming his Chief Photographer. Since then, we’ve been hard at work getting the studio finished with big plans ahead.
